Hosting videos, any good provider?

I'll be uploading videos to the website and they need to load fast.
Does such a hosting exist? Or should I just have a different web hosting server for different parts of the world?
Do you think cloudarion.com website hosting will be worth trying or not? Any reviews?

Best hosting provider out there plain and simple. Well, after few months with exmasters.com i can say servers are great, and very reliable.

I am with cloudarion.com for 2 years and yes, it is not as reliable as my other hosting which I use for business. For the money it is a great service.
It is not for anyone being serious about their hosting, especially if it should be used for business or for large number of visitors.
