Try GTHost.com vps. I've never had a downtime problem, never a problem with customer support, and never a problem using their panel.
They're cheap, bandwidth is plenty and domains unlimited but you get what you pay for.
It's a nice web host because they offer a wide range of plans for each kind of users. Hostingsource.com is well priced and within everyone's budget.
So far their Forex VPS has been excellent. With any other order: if user makes 6 month prepay - 10% discount; 1 year prepay - 15% discount.
